Since all perishable items are sensitive to temperature and time, advance ordering is essential. You can place shipping orders by contacting the nearest DMK Port Center and DMK Port Agent by phone.

Perishable goods must meet procedural requirements and documentation completeness, including packaging standards, and should be received at the DMK Cargo® Port Center 120 minutes before the flight departure. They can be accepted at DMK Cargo® Port Agents up to 240 minutes before departure. To facilitate the receipt of perishable shipments, it is highly recommended to follow the guidelines for perishable shipments according to the type and category established.

The standard time for receipt at the destination airport is 60–120 minutes after the aircraft's arrival. Receipt documents can be prepared for the administrative process of releasing the shipment.
